Trent built his name in Las Vegas as the founder of Bite Em Back Pest Control, where his humane methods and customer-first approach earned him over 35 TV news appearances on KTNV Channel 13, ABC13 and other major networks.
When he moved to Utah County, he brought 25+ years of hard-won field experience with him — and a conviction that this industry deserves higher standards than the door-knocking sales culture has set for it.
Wes Norwood
Co-Founder & Field Technician
Wes is Trent's brother, partner, and the second set of trained eyes on every property. He brings the same family-first values and the same commitment to doing the job right the first time.

Why "Arrow of Light"?
The name carries the mission.
We started out as a circle of light — a small group quietly serving the homes around us. As that footprint grew, the circle sharpened into an arrow: focused, direct, pointed at the problems Utah County families actually face.
Pest control has been under-regulated for too many years. Too much of the industry runs on a million-dollar door-knocking mentality, with not enough inspectors enforcing education and compliance. We're here to bring more light into that — through real expertise, honest work, and standards that hold up to a third-party inspection.
